Ming Sports SMS Notification Program

Ming Sports LLC (“Ming Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS notification program for customers who choose to receive text message updates related to their orders and services.

Customers who provide consent may receive transactional SMS messages regarding:

Badminton racket stringing service status updates
Order confirmations and order status updates
Ready-for-pickup notifications
Shipping and delivery notifications
Customer service and support communications

This SMS program is for transactional and customer service communications only. Marketing or promotional messages are not included in this SMS program.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Customers are enrolled in the Ming Sports SMS notification program only after providing express consent.

Providing a mobile phone number to Ming Sports alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

For in-store or telephone service requests, a Ming Sports staff member will ask the customer whether they would like to receive SMS updates regarding their racket stringing service or order.

Before enrolling the customer, Ming Sports staff will inform the customer that:

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
The customer may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
The customer may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

The customer must verbally respond “Yes” or otherwise clearly provide affirmative consent before being enrolled in SMS notifications.

Ming Sports staff will record the customer's SMS consent with the applicable service or order record.

Customers who do not provide consent will not receive SMS notifications from this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's order or service activity.

Customers generally receive messages only when there is a relevant update regarding their order, racket stringing service, pickup status, shipping status, or customer support request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Ming Sports does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS notification program.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Ming Sports at any time by replying:

STOP

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from this program unless you provide consent again.
