Refund Policy — Ming Sport LLC

Thank you for shopping at Ming Sport. We’re committed to providing high-quality badminton products and a smooth shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging and labels.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Rackets with custom stringing
  • Opened or used shuttlecocks
  • Worn shoes or shoes returned without the original box
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Court equipment
  • Stringing services (non-refundable)

🔁 Return Process

      1. Request Return Authorization  

      Email us at info@mingsportsus.com with your order number and reason for return.
      Do not ship items without contacting us first.

          • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
          • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
      2. Processing
        • Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2–5 business days), we will issue store credit, an exchange, or a refund, depending on your request and the item condition.

      💳 Refunds & Fees

      • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping.
      • A 5% restocking fee may apply.
      • Items returned used or damaged may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount (up to 50% deduction).
      • Stringing service fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • Order cancellations before shipment may be subject to a 3% transaction fee.

      🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

      Please report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@mingsportsus.com with your order number and product photos. We'll assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.
