📍 Where We Ship To

Ming Sports ships to the 48 contiguous states of the United States (Continental U.S.) only.
We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • HawaiiU.S.
  • Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico)
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
  • International addresses (unless otherwise arranged)

🕒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • No shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak times, processing may take longer.
  • If your order includes racket stringing or other customization, please allow an additional 1 business day.

💵 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

📦 Economy / Ground Shipping

  • Free for orders over $150 (automatically applied at checkout)
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

✉️ First-Class Shipping (for small/light items)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

🚀 Priority Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

⚠️ Delivery time is estimated and may be affected by weather, holidays, or remote areas.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

📦 Damages / Lost Items

Ming Sports is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

🌍 International Orders

  • For international orders, we will email you a shipping invoice after you place the order.
  • If you do not pay the invoice, your order will be canceled and refunded.
  • No discounts, gifts, or promotions apply to international orders.
  • All international shipping fees are final and non-refundable.
  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees.
  • International returns are at the buyer's expense. Ming Sports does not cover or arrange international return shipping.

If you would like to add a signature confirmation to your order, please email us at info@mingsportsus.com before the order is shipped.
We can include this service to ensure the package is delivered only when signed by you or an authorized person.

⚠️ Signature requests must be submitted before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot make any changes to the delivery service.
